Shipping & Turnaround Policy
Thank you for supporting Hilltop Home Designs! Each item is carefully created, laser cut, assembled, and finished with attention to detail to ensure you receive a high-quality product.
Processing & Turnaround Time
Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days before shipping. This timeframe includes the time needed to create and prepare your handmade items.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may be longer during busy holiday seasons, sales, or large custom order requests.
- Personalized and custom items may require additional production time depending on design complexity.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping delivery times are determined by the carrier and are separate from the processing timeframe listed above.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. Production on custom items begins shortly after purchase, and changes may not be possible once work has started.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
All items are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood and acrylic. Slight variations in wood grain, stain, paint, and engraving are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Delays & Shipping Issues
While every effort is made to ship orders on time, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help assist with a resolution.
